Urban Place uses your email address and password to let you into the tenant portal. Your password is stored scrambled, so nobody can read it, staff included. When you sign in, the portal records the time, your IP address and your browser, to keep your login safe. Urban Place staff, and OVRLAP, who run this system for Urban Place, can see those records. They’re stored with Cloudflare and may be processed outside Australia.
